EQ3 Canada in Brossard is seeking a Design Consultant to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium Canadian furniture brand. You will guide customers through the buying journey, build relationships, and develop product knowledge across upholstery, dining, and bedroom collections.

This full-time role offers a commission-based compensation structure, with opportunities to grow in sales, merchandising, and retail operations while working with a supportive team.

You’ll be joining our Brossard team at Quartier DIX30, 8440 Boul. Leduc Suite 10, Brossard, QC J4Y 0A5, in a full time capacity

What You’ll Do

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range.
