Job summary

EQ3 Canada is seeking a Sales Associate for our Brossard store at Quartier DIX30, full-time. You will welcome customers, assist them in selecting items for their space, and process payments at checkout.

You’ll help maintain a clean, organized storefront, support promotions, and assist with pickups/deliveries while achieving sales goals and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in a retail environment.
• High school diploma; post-secondary sales/retail customer service experience is an asset.
• Proficiency with retail operations and systems (POS, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to self-motivate, organize and communicate persuasively.
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the brand, helping customers find items and suggesting additions to create their dream space.
• Assist customers at checkout and process payments; reconcile daily sales and store reports.
• Keep storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing; handle returns and exchanges.
• Support promotions, events, and coordinate with warehouse for pickups/deliveries and order accuracy.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, collaborative individual to join our Retail Team as a Sales Associate.

THE DETAILS:

You’ll be joining our Brossard team at Quartier DIX30, 8440 Boul. Leduc Suite 10, Brossard, QC J4Y 0A5, in a full time capacity

• You’ll act an ambassador of our brand, taking care to ensure every customer feels like a guest in our home. It’s your job to give a positive first impression, find the items they need, and suggest additional items to help build their dream space
• Once their items have been selected, you’ll help customers check out and process their payment. At the end of the day, you’re responsible for reconciling daily payments and storis reports with total sales
• You’ll work with the team to keep the storefront clean, organized, and visually appealing. You’ll also handle return/go-back items
• You’ll support management in promotions and customer events, and support the warehouse team with contacting clients, scheduling pickups/deliveries, and ensuring the accuracy of orders

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Experience selling in a retail environment
• High school diploma. Post-secondary experience in sales and retail customer service would be considered an asset
• Proficiency in retail operations and systems (Point of Sale, Microsoft Office)
• A high standard of quality when it comes to customer service, performance, accuracy, and sales goals
• The ability to self-motivate, organize, and be persuasive in their communication style
• The ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods of time
