EQ3 in Vancouver is seeking a Design Consultant to guide customers through the buying journey and deliver exceptional service in a premium retail setting.

You will build relationships, grow product knowledge across upholstery, dining, bedroom, and accessories, and contribute to a high-performing store culture while achieving sales goals. This full-time role is based at 3355 Grandview Highway, Vancouver.

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range.
