EQ3 in Winnipeg is seeking a results-driven Design Consultant to join our premium brand team. You’ll build lasting relationships with customers, guide them through the buying journey, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience that reflects our Design for Life platform.

This full-time role operates in a commission environment, with evenings, weekends and holidays required. Compensation ranges from CAD 65,000 to 75,000 annually, with growth opportunities and a supportive team culture.

THE DETAILS:

You’ll be joining our Winnipeg team at 1485 Portage Avenue, in a full-time capacity (Monday - Sunday)

What You’ll Do

• Build meaningful relationships with customers and guide them through the buying journey

Compensation & Growth

This position offers a commission structure designed to reward high performance. Our full-time Design Consultants typically earn between $65,000–$75,000 annually, with top performers exceeding that range.
