Job summary

Rejuvenation Medical Group in Western Canada is expanding its cosmetic services and seeks a Cosmetic Sales Coordinator to guide clients through consultations, suggest suitable treatments, and coordinate schedules with clinicians.

You will build relationships, educate clients on products, maintain confidential records, and support a busy clinic with a friendly, professional approach. Hours are Monday to Friday, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for internal growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or certificate in Aesthetics or related field.
• 2+ years in cosmetic, medical spa, or customer experience role.
• Strong skincare product knowledge and aesthetic terminology.
• Professional, empathetic, and attentive client service.
• Experience with scheduling/CRM software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for clients during cosmetic consultations and treatments.
• Educate clients on available cosmetic options and products.
• Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments with clinicians.
• Develop customized treatment plans with clinic staff.
• Maintain accurate, confidential client records reflecting progress.

Role Responsibilities

The Cosmetic Sales Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through their cosmetic consultation and treatment experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients by providing professional, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
• Educate clients on available cosmetic treatments, products, and service options suitable for their goals and skin type.
• Support clinicians and medical aestheticians by coordinating treatment schedules, consultations, and follow-up appointments.
• Assist in developing customized treatment plans in collaboration with clinic staff.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring documentation reflects treatment progress and feedback.
• Promote clinic services and products by communicating benefits and outcomes in a personalized, ethical manner.
• Address client concerns or questions proactively, escalating issues to management when needed.
• Monitor client satisfaction and participate in improvement initiatives related to guest experience.
• Perform additional administrative or operational duties to support clinic efficiency as directed by the Clinic Operations Manager

Role Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Aesthetics, Customer Service, or Business Administration (medical aesthetics experience preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cosmetic, medical spa, or customer experience role.
• Strong understanding of skincare products, cosmetic treatments, and aesthetic terminology.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with clients.
• Proficiency in scheduling or CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
