Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Sales Representative for Dermatology in the GTA, Ontario. You will manage a defined territory, promote our products, and build lasting physician relationships to drive growth and meet targets.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of pharma sales experience, with strong communication and presentation skills for clinical contexts. On-site role with a comprehensive rewards package including health and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business or Sciences.
• 3–5 years of proven pharmaceutical sales experience is an asset.
• Motivated self-starter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible to adapt quickly and anticipates the challenges.
• Ability to discuss matters within a scientific context.

Responsibilities

• Contacts assigned customer accounts to sell products within a designated geographic territory.
• Focuses on territory sales targets and new business development.
• Builds relationships with doctors and office staff to drive adoption of our products.
• Organizes work routine under guidance of the Regional Sales Manager and Marketing department.
