Job summary

BioSyent Inc. in Ontario seeks a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative – Endocrinology to drive growth in the GTA East region including Toronto, Scarborough, Ottawa and surrounding areas.

You will promote Rx products to endocrinologists and their care teams, building and expanding the territory while contributing to the company’s leadership in specialty medicine. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science or related field.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Endocrinology experience is a strong asset.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical data credibly.
• Knowledge of Canadian reimbursement landscape (provincial formularies, private payers).
• Builds trusted relationships with endocrinologists and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Promote products to endocrinologists, primary care, internists with endocrine focus, nurse practitioners, pharmacists, and other decision makers.
• Deliver evidence-based clinical discussions grounded in product monographs and current guidelines.
• Develop relationships with key opinion leaders and academic/hospital endocrine centers.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs and MSLs to support scientific exchange while maintaining compliance boundaries.
• Build relationships with pharmacies and key accounts to ensure product availability and onboarding.
• Plan and execute peer-to-peer education programs and speaker events for endocrine professionals.
• Develop and manage strategic sales plans with the manager to meet sales objectives.
• Track progress via Sales Tools and reports defined by the Director of Sales.
• Manage sales expense budgets to achieve objectives.
• Report activities and results on a timely basis and communicate competitive activity.

Education

Bachelor's degree in science or related field

Advanced degree or CCPE accreditation (asset)
