As the Deputy Project Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive project execution plan (PEP) that outlines the project's objectives, scope, deliverables, timeline, and milestones. You will conduct detailed analysis of service provider, construction, and material supply markets to verify the assumptions underpinning the execution strategy. You will develop and execute procurement tasks related to the contracting strategy, including framing commercial approaches. Aligning the project risk profile with execution and contracting strategies will be crucial, incorporating ongoing risk management practices.
In this role, you will manage project functions to support the delivery of project-related work efforts, ensuring the development and delivery of the scope of work. You will develop strategies for an integrated outcome from engineering to operations ramp-up. Leading the development of cost, scope, and schedule for the project will be essential to ensure alignment with project objectives and the PEP. You will collaborate with Area Managers and the project controls team to deliver an integrated cost and schedule, ensuring full integration of execution strategies and plans.
