Job Offer : Project Manager - Engineering and Construction

Job Description :

Under the supervision of the Director of Engineering, the candidate will lead complex, large-scale projects from design to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Project Management : Plan, design, and execute engineering and construction projects.
  • Team Supervision : Manage and coordinate engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Budget Management : Develop and track budgets and expenditures.
  • Stakeholder Communication : Ensure effective communication with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Risk Management : Identify and mitigate risks impacting schedules and costs.
  • Project Closure : Oversee final documentation and post-project evaluations.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 15 years of experience in project management within the engineering and construction industry.
  • PMP certification or equivalent (preferred).
  • Knowledge of construction codes and regulations.
  • Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
  • Fluency in French and English (additional language is an asset).
  • Remote work with occasional travel to the South Shore of Montreal.
