Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking a Deployment Lead to orchestrate end-to-end planning and execution of product launches and portfolio conversions in Toronto. You will own the integrated deployment plan, master schedule, runbooks, dependencies, cutovers, and readiness for internal and external teams.

You will coordinate pre-conversion activities, mock conversions, rehearsals, production cutover, and rollout of new features.

• Coordinate production launch activities, including pilot and rollout.
• Manage environment collisions and dependencies across workstreams.
• Oversee delivery of new features on the target platform.
• Drive governance, risk, issue resolution, and executive reporting.

Job description

• Lead end-to-end deployment planning and execution for product launches and portfolio conversions, including TSYS-to-TSYS migrations.
• Own the integrated deployment plan and master activity schedule, including workstream runbooks, cross-functional dependencies, cutover activities, milestones, and readiness tracking for internal client and external vendor teams.
• Coordinate all pre-conversion activities and lead mock conversions, dress rehearsals, and production cutover execution.
• Coordinate production product launch activities, including pilot execution and customer rollout.
• Manage environment collisions and deployment dependencies across Cortez and non-Cortez workstreams.
• Oversee the delivery and deployment of new product features introduced on the target platform.
• Drive deployment governance, risk management, issue resolution, and executive reporting through production implementation across product launch and conversion workstreams.
