Independent Grocers Alliance in Chambly, Quebec is seeking a motivated Department Manager to lead a store department and coordinate day-to-day activities. The role focuses on planning, supervising staff, and ensuring inventory, pricing, and marketing standards are met to drive store performance.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of retail experience, a high school diploma or college degree, and a willingness to participate in training programs that support career growth within the company.
