Job summary

Lac La Ronge Indian Band Health Services in La Ronge, SK is hiring a Dental Therapist to deliver and promote oral health care for the community. The position is based at Jeannie Bird Clinic, focusing on school-age children and adults.

About our organization: LLRIBHS promotes dental health services and dental health education to all community members of LLRIB. We work closely with the schools and other health organizations. Together with others, we work to build capacity and educate as we both address acute needs and the determinants of health.

About the position: working out of the Jeannie Bird Clinic, you will be responsible for oral care to our clients in and around the community of La Ronge. Working cooperatively with health clinics and schools to provide complete oral services to school age children and adults.

Qualifications: Suitable candidates will have a minimum Grade 12; Diploma in Dental Therapy, and registered to practice in the province of Saskatchewan; Experience working with First Nations Communities is an asset; Candidates must have a valid drivers license
