Job summary

WORKFORCE Dental Staffing Solutions is seeking an organized, people-focused Dental Receptionist for a busy Vancouver dental office in the Fairview neighbourhood, with convenient transit access just a 10–15 minute walk from the nearest Canada Line station.

Start Date: November 3, 2026. Schedule: Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, plus 2 Saturdays per month, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM. Compensation: $32–$37 per hour, with complimentary dental care and extended medical benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of dental reception experience.
• Experience with Cleardent is an asset.
• Fluent English with strong communication skills.
• Cheerful, warm personality with an organized approach.
• Self-motivated and able to take initiative.
• Reasonable commute preferred for long-term stability.
• Cantonese or Mandarin is a bonus, but not required.
