Are you enthusiastic, organized, and personable with a passion for patient care? Our dynamic dental clinic is seeking a Receptionist to join our team!

Position Overview

We are looking for someone who would be interested in working some days as a receptionist and some days in the back as a chairside assistant. As a Receptionist, you’ll be the face of our clinic, responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for our patients—from the moment they walk through the door to the completion of their dental care. As a Chairside Assistant you would be responsible for cleaning and setting up operatories, sterilization and helping the dentist with procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar efficiently.
  • Explain treatment plans and financial options to patients clearly and compassionately.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries promptly.
  • Process insurance claims and verify coverage.
  • Coordinate with dental team members to ensure optimal patient care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in dental software.
  • A genuine interest in helping patients achieve their best smiles.

Schedule

  • Fulltime position / 8-hour shifts.
  • Mon, Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Tuesday, Thursday 10:00 am -7:00 pm.
  • Saturday 9 am - 5:00 pm.
  • Wednesday, and Sunday off days.
