Job summary

Kenora Family Dental in Kenora, Ontario seeks a versatile team member who can move between sterilization, chairside assisting and the front desk. This permanent role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours and on-the-job training with support toward certification.

You will cover front desk duties, maintain sterilization records, and help set up operatories to keep the schedule on time. Dental experience is a plus, HARP/Level I is a bonus, and a drama-free team player will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Comfortable moving between clinical and front-office tasks in the same day.
• Dental experience is an asset; sterilization or dental assisting training is preferred but not required.
• HARP or Level I certification is a bonus — sponsorship possible.
• Strong customer-service instincts; welcome from retail, hospitality or service backgrounds.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.
• Helpful, drama-free team player.

Responsibilities

• Process, package and sterilize instruments and maintain records.
• Flip and set up operatories between patients to keep the schedule on time.
• Cover the front desk as needed — greet patients, answer the phone, book/confirm appointments.
• Step in where the team needs support on busy days.
