Job summary

Kenora Family Dental in Kenora, Ontario, seeks a versatile team member who can move between sterilization, chairside assisting and the front desk. This permanent role offers flexible part-time or full-time hours and a supportive clinical team in a busy two-doctor practice.

You will rotate tasks to keep the schedule on time, with on-the-job training toward certification and sponsorship for HARP Level I for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in dental settings; sterilization or assisting background preferred.
• HARP Level I certification is a bonus and sponsorship may be available.
• Strong customer-service instincts and reliability are required.
• Ability to move between clinical and front-office tasks in the same day.

Responsibilities

• Process, package and sterilize instruments and maintain sterilization records.
• Flip and set up operatories between patients to keep the schedule on time.
• Cover the front desk as needed—greeting patients, answering the phone, booking and confirming appointments.
• Step in wherever the team needs support on a busy day.
