Job summary

Quesnel Dental Group in Quesnel, BC is seeking a licensed Dental Hygienist to join a modernized clinic during its exciting transition. You will provide comprehensive preventive hygiene services and patient education, building lasting relationships with patients.

The role offers flexible work arrangements (no evenings or weekends possible) and a supportive team in a renovated environment with access to new technology. Must be registered in good standing and CPR certified.

Qualifications

• Completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Degree is required.
• Current registration as a Dental Hygienist in good standing with the provincial regulatory body is required.
• Valid CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Appropriately assess, plan, implement and evaluate services for patient care.
• Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services including scaling, root planing, polishing, topical fluoride, pit and fissure sealants and whitening.
• Serve as an oral health educator by introducing preventative techniques and providing patient counselling.
• Build and retain patient loyalty by delivering a personalized experience based on each patient’s needs and expectations while maintaining ethical and professional standards.
