Qualifications

• Clinical background is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients from arrival to departure.
• Optimize appointment schedule with minimal gaps.
• Handle patient calls, appointments, confirmations, and amendments.
• Bill patients, process payments, and file insurance claims.
• Maintain patient records and recall system.
