Qualifications

• Knowledge of Tracker is a HUGE asset.
• Experience with insurance claims and dental coding is an asset.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders is an asset.
• Manager/Treatment Coordinator experience is a must.
• Spanish or Portuguese fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage front desk operations to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Process insurance claims and assist with dental coding as needed.
• Schedule appointments, send reminders, and coordinate follow-ups with patients.
• Collaborate with the treatment coordinator and office team to deliver high-quality care.
