Currently, we are seeking the services of a Dental Administrative Assistant to join our dental clinic team to work at the London SOAHAC Dental Clinic with occasional travel to support our Muncey Dental Clinic.
Reporting to the Dental Supervisor, the Dental Administrative Assistant will be instrumental in elevating the operational efficiency of the dental clinics and will play a key role in client experience as well as handling books, rescheduling, cancellations and managing insurance claims, verifications and billings. The Dental Administrative Assistant will be responsible for report generation, reporting on patient flow, revenue and other metrics to assist with clinic management.
This job may require additional responsibilities and duties as assigned by Southwest Ontario Aboriginal Health Access Centre.
