Mars Canada, Pet Nutrition team is seeking a Demand Planner based in Bolton. The role drives forecast accuracy, inputs the monthly forecast, and acts as the gatekeeper for the portfolio’s demand plan.

• Strong collaboration with Sales, Supply, Finance, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the demand planner for key brands.
• Hold detailed reviews with Sales to align by account to annual forecast.
• Adherence to Y+1 forecast per Planning calendar milestones.
• Lead DMR and S&OP steps with POS/market data benchmarks.
• Maintain forecast templates for monthly DMR and Power BI reports.
