Job summary

Mars Canada, Pet Nutrition, is seeking a Demand Planner based in Bolton with regular in-office collaboration and flexible remote options. You will drive forecast accuracy, publish the cycle forecast, and lead Power BI reporting for forecast performance.

Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential for cross-functional alignment. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in demand planning or CPFR in CPG and a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Finance/Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Marketing is required.
• 2+ years of overall experience, with 1–2 years in Demand Planning or CPFR in CPG.
• Strong understanding of demand dynamics in the Canada retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the demand planner for key brands and align with Sales on annual forecast.
• Adhere to availability of Y+1 forecast per planning milestones.
• Lead DMR steps in the S&OP process and explain the demand plan using POS and market data.
• Maintain forecast templates for monthly DMR and Power BI reports reflecting forecast accuracy.
