With over 160 employees and showrooms across major Canadian cities such as Toronto, Montreal, Vancouver, and Calgary, we aim to enhance our reputation as a luxury design firm for architects, designers, and discerning residential customers seeking to redefine their spaces beyond the ordinary.

The Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting stock product demand by collaborating with Sales, Product Development, Project Management, and Replenishment teams. The role requires a team-oriented, analytical, and interpretive individual with strong process, analytical, and system skills. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales results, identifying market trends, understanding customer demand—especially project-based demand—and managing the S&OP forecasting process through effective communication with internal stakeholders.

  2. Collaborate with the Replenishment Analyst Team, Sales, and other stakeholders to ensure forecast accuracy and reduce bias.
  3. Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners to develop a deep understanding of the business, acting as a trusted advisor.
  4. Lead change initiatives by leveraging relationships, skills, and processes to support S&OP, driving sustainable improvements.
  5. Facilitate Demand Pre-Consensus reviews with operational leadership to provide an unbiased view of project demand and material flow, improving inventory management.
  6. Ensure thorough preparation for project management and replenishment meetings with accurate, consolidated information and clear messaging to support effective decisions.
  7. Identify and escalate risks, opportunities, and critical business decisions within the S&OP process.
  8. Participate in all aspects of S&OP and supply chain meetings, including weekly reviews and project roll-outs.
  9. Analyze monthly sales and inventory levels, providing recommendations to optimize sales and inventory, and impact customer forecasts.
  10. Maintain and leverage S&OP forecast plans, ensuring alignment down to product category and SKU levels.
  11. Evaluate forecast accuracy, out-of-stock rates, and bias, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  12. Lead continuous improvement initiatives in forecasting and demand planning through cross-functional collaboration.
