What is the role?

• Identify lead-generation opportunities through market and client research
• Spearhead the creation and implementation of lead-generation strategies and campaigns
• Collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and various departments including sales to achieve comprehensive funnel targets
• Collect and analyze data to identify target accounts, outreach strategies, and increase lead-generation performance
• Oversee numerous multi-level marketing projects, including email, webinars, paid media, referrals, and events
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns, utilizing metrics like leads, conversions, and revenue to report on their success

• Has years of experience as a demand generation or marketing specialist
• Wants to champion leading demand generation strategies and thrives in a collaborative environment, working seamlessly across departments
• Has a proven track record of successful and measurable results in demand-generation strategies
• Possesses a strong work ethic and the ability to work under strict deadlines, supporting projects from start to finish
• Is hyper-organized, analytical, and data-driven
• Is independent, innovative, highly motivated, and a self-starter
• Is tech-savvy and has experience with platforms like LinkedIn and Zoom

Other Skills and Requirements

• A love for technology and the ability to learn new software/apps quickly
• Strong internet connection - at least MBPS upload and MBPS download speeds
