Immiland is currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee the efficient functioning of supply chain and logistics operations.

Responsibilities

1. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate purchasing activities.
2. Develop purchasing policies and procedures and manage the purchasing department budget.
3. Identify vendors of materials, equipment, or supplies.
4. Evaluate the cost and quality of goods or services.
5. Negotiate or oversee the negotiation of purchase contracts.
6. Participate in developing specifications for equipment, products, or substitute materials.
7. Review and process claims against suppliers.
8. Interview, hire, and oversee staff training.
9. Create, monitor, analyze, and improve demand forecasts for short and long-term planning.
10. Collaborate with sales and supply chain (operations) teams and contribute to capacity planning clarity.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce, or economics is usually required for procurement and purchasing agents and officers.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain sourcing or analysis is typically required.
