Job summary

Big Country Raw in Calgary, Canada, is seeking a Delivery Driver and Warehouse Team Member to safely operate a company vehicle, complete scheduled deliveries, verify orders, and deliver exceptional customer service while following health and food safety rules. This role blends field delivery with warehouse duties such as order picking and packing.

Qualifications

2–5 years of delivery driving experience.
Valid G class license.
Acceptable driver’s abstract.
Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.
Warehouse/order picking or packing experience is an asset.
Forklift certification is an asset.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company delivery vehicle and complete scheduled deliveries.
Verify invoices and ensure orders are delivered accurately and in excellent condition.
Provide exceptional customer service while following delivery instructions.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
Load and unload products as required.
Communicate with the Logistics Manager, Warehouse Manager, and Order Fulfillment Team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional vehicle.
Follow traffic laws, Health & Safety procedures, and Food Safety requirements.
Assist with warehouse duties, including order picking and packing.
