A leading wholesale distributor in Canada is looking for a Delivery Driver/Material Handler in Calgary. The role involves loading, driving, and unloading trucks while ensuring that deliveries are made safely and efficiently. You will engage with customers directly and support warehouse operations as needed. Ideal candidates possess a valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and strong relationship-building skills. Qualifications

• Grade 12 diploma or equivalent; College and/or University degree an asset.
• Possess a valid driver’s licence.
• A clean driver’s abstract demonstrating good driving skills.
• Experience driving a truck and making deliveries preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate material handling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the EMCO truck in compliance with traffic laws.
• Pick customer orders and load trucks safely.
• Complete pre-trip inspections and report issues.
• Unload and deliver materials accurately.
• Support warehouse team duties as requested.

Skills

Valid driver's licence

Excellent relationship building skills

Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle

Knowledge of laws and regulations

Education
