AWIN - Volvo of Unionville is seeking a Delivery Specialist to support Sales Consultants in delivering vehicles and handling post-sale administration. The role offers a path into the automotive industry with base pay plus bonus/commission.

Responsibilities include coordinating paperwork, coordinating with F&I, performing the delivery, and following up with clients. Strong communication and detail orientation are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate paperwork with F&I managers and sales consultants.
• Perform vehicle delivery with the client and after-sale follow-up.
• Pre-check vehicle two hours prior to delivery.
• Tag and manage trade-in and lease return keys.
• Obtain signatures and complete paperwork at delivery.
• Communicate any discrepancies to Sales Manager.
• Introduce client to Service and Parts departments.
• Complete administrative duties as requested by management.
• Ensure CSI surveys are explained and completed.

As a Delivery Specialist, you will hone your customer service and communication skills. This position is a great way to get into the Automotive industry.

Job Purpose

Delivery Specialists at Volvo Cars Toronto will be responsible for supporting Sales Consultants through the process of delivering vehicles. The specialist will handle all administrative duties as well as vehicle preparation after a sale is completed. The specialist will also perform the actual delivery.

Vacancy: 1.0

Pay Information: Base Salary + Bonus and Commission, estimated total annual compensation will be $50,000 - $100,000 per annum.

• Coordinate all paperwork with the F&I Managers and Sales Consultants.
• Perform the delivery with the client.
• Ensure a follow up phone call is completed by the Sales Consultants the day after delivery.
• Park trade in and lease returns in the back parking lot.
• Ensure trade in and lease return keys are tagged and given to the appropriate person.
• Ensure all signatures are obtained and all paperwork is completed upon delivery.
• Pre-check vehicle two hours prior to delivery.
• Communicate with Sales Manager of any discrepancies with the customer and/or vehicle.
• Explain CSI Survey purpose and process to the client.
• Perform introduction to Service and Parts department.
• Perform all administrative duties requested by Management.

• Valid OMVIC registration is an asset
