Job summary

FedEx Logistics is seeking a temporary courier for up to 12 weeks to handle pick-up and delivery on an assigned route in Canada. You will check shipments for conformance to FedEx Canada features of service and provide related customer service functions.

Responsibilities include accurate package handling, route efficiency, and reporting stop counts. Training and supervision will ensure compliance with safety and company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Customer Service – 1 year (preferred).
• Full-time availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route.
• Inspect and report stop counts and misroutes accurately and promptly.
• Operate and monitor computerized tracking and dispatch systems.
• Answer customer questions about FedEx Canada's services and requirements.
• Drive safely and in compliance with regulations and company procedures.
