Job summary

FedEx Canada is seeking an interview position to provide courteous and efficient pick-up and delivery of packages on an assigned route; to check shipments for conformance to Federal Express Canada features of service; to provide related customer service functions.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a good driving record, and the ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver up to 150 lbs with equipment; one year of customer-oriented experience

Qualifications

High school diploma/educational equivalent.
Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record.
Ability to lift 70 lbs and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs with equipment.
One year of customer-oriented business experience preferred.
Must pass mandatory pre-placement driver assessment training.
Some knowledge of FedEx Canada operations and Canadian Customs an asset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Ability to multitask, handle stress, and work in a high-pressure environment.
Willingness to be flexible and work different schedules and holidays.

Responsibilities
