Job summary

Save-On-Foods is seeking delivery drivers in Red Deer, AB to join our online shopping fulfillment team. You will deliver groceries in a fully equipped van, provide friendly customer service, and ensure timely deliveries from store to door.

• Operate the delivery vehicle safely and abide by traffic laws.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness.

You will be responsible for:

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer‑first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

You have:

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from AB.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service‑related role.
• A strong work ethic and "Let’s get it done" attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
• Must be able to travel and make deliveries throughout the day and evening in all weather conditions.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
