Job summary

Save-On-Foods is hiring Delivery Drivers for our Medicine Hat, AB location. You will deliver groceries using a fully equipped van and ensure a high level of customer service.

You will work with the online shopping team to resolve refunds and returns, while maintaining safety and vehicle condition. The role includes operating the vehicle safely, serving customers in various weather conditions, and performing related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
• Comfortable using GPS and smartphones for work.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a van to customers' homes and businesses.
• Provide friendly, customer-first service with each delivery.
• Coordinate with online shopping and customer service to resolve issues.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and maintain cleanliness and good condition.

Just show up and drive!We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods location in Medicine Hat, AB.You will be responsible for:Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.Other duties as assigned.You have:A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from AB.A clean driver’s abstract.Experience in a customer service-related role.A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
