Job summary

Pattison Food Group is hiring a Delivery Driver for Save-On-Foods locations in the North Edmonton, AB region. You will deliver groceries in a van, provide excellent customer service, and support the online shopping team to resolve issues across returns and refunds.

Responsibilities include operating the vehicle safely, maintaining the vehicle, meeting performance standards, and performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid, full Class 5 Alberta driver’s license.
• Clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer-service role.
• Strong work ethic and proactive attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and endure all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a van with customer-first service.
• Coordinate with online shopping team and support center for returns/refunds.
• Meet operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operate delivery vehicle safely and follow traffic rules.
• Keep delivery vehicle clean and roadworthy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We are hiring for a Delivery Driver for our Save-On-Foods locations in the North Edmonton, AB region.

Responsibilities

• Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.
• Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.
• Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.
• Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.
• Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from AB.
• A clean driver’s abstract.
• Experience in a customer service-related role.
• A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, pushing, and making deliveries in all weather conditions, both day and night.
• Proficiency in using mobile technology, including GPS applications and smartphones.
