Job summary

Save-On-Foods in Saskatoon, SK is hiring Delivery Drivers to bring groceries from our online shopping fulfillment center to customers’ doors. You will ensure a positive, customer-focused experience, operating a company vehicle and maintaining high standards of vehicle readiness.

Applicants should have a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 license, a clean driving record, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds. Frequent shifts may be required, with work in various weather conditions and times of day.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role.
• Valid SK Class 5 driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Familiar with GPS apps on smartphones a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver groceries in a fully equipped van to customers’ homes.
• Keep the delivery vehicle clean and safe.
• Assist online shopping team with order issues and refunds as needed.
• Follow traffic rules and safety procedures at all times.
• Support other duties as assigned by the team.

Just show up and drive!We are hiring for a Delivery Driver at our Save-On-Foods in Saskatoon, SK.You will be responsible for:Delivering groceries in a fully equipped van and providing exceptional customer-first service.Working with the online shopping team and customer service center to resolve customer service recovery situations involving returns, refunds, etc.Achieving operational standards for the Online Shopping Department.Operating the delivery vehicle safely adhering to the rules of the road.Maintaining the delivery vehicle to a high standard of cleanliness and roadworthiness.Other duties as assigned.You have:A valid, full class 5 provincial driver’s license from SK.A clean driver’s abstract.Experience in a customer service-related role.A strong work ethic and “let’s get it done” attitude.Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical duties including prolonged sitting, bending, climbing, and pushing.
