Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities include loading and unloading items, verifying delivery information and documentation, and following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and route instructions. The role involves interacting with customers in a professional manner, collecting signatures or confirmations, reporting any delivery issues or vehicle concerns, and maintaining a clean and organized vehicle. The Delivery Driver may assist with basic warehouse tasks, coordinate with dispatch and logistics staff, and support continuous improvement of delivery processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication and professional interaction with clients.
• Experience with Forklift Operation or other material-handling equipment is an asset.
• Ability to provide or receive Training related to delivery procedures, safety practices, and logistics workflows.
• Background in Sales or Food & Beverage is beneficial, particularly for roles involving client-facing deliveries or specialized products.
