Job summary

FIKA is seeking a Delivery Driver to safely and accurately deliver orders from our retail locations to customers, while serving as a brand ambassador at the door.

When not delivering, you will support in-store operations, assist guests, manage inventory, and help with store upkeep as needed. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work across delivery and in-store tasks with a team-focused mindset.

• Weekend availability.
• Available Monday-Sunday between 11am-9pm.

Job Overview

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of orders from our retail locations to customers, ensuring compliance with company standards and a professional experience at the door. This role serves as a key brand ambassador in the final stage of the customer journey. When not on delivery, the role supports in-store operations during downtime or for break coverage including basic guest service, inventory, and store upkeep.

Competencies and Requirements

• Personal insured vehicle with valid insurance coverage permitting delivery ( business use ). Proof of insurance is required during onboarding
• Valid Driver’s License -Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
• Clean Driver's Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
• A Smart Phone with a data plan and a car charger
• Tech-Friendly (We got some cool apps we need you to learn)
• Fluent in English

• Proper use of applications related to the delivery process.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Able to effectively communicate with diverse customers and create meaningful connections.
• Able to strike up a conversation with anyone and be a brand ambassador.

Education, Training and Experience

• Provincial Cannabis Certification
• 3-year Drivers Abstract

• 6 Month minimum delivery or logistics experience
