Job summary

Pop's Cannabis Co. is seeking a Delivery Driver to pick up orders at retail locations and deliver them to guests safely.

You will cover breaks, assist with shipments, audits, and support team operations while representing the brand with a friendly, professional demeanor. Requirements include a valid G/Class 5 license, clean driving record, smartphone with data plan, and availability 11am–9pm, Monday through Sunday.

Qualifications

• Must have valid G license / Class 5 where applicable and a clean driving record.
• Smartphone with data plan and car charger required.
• Fluent in English.
• Available Monday–Sunday 11am–9pm.

Responsibilities

• Load, transport, and deliver items to customers safely and on time.
• Complete deliveries as instructed during training and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide excellent customer service and relay complaints to dispatch accurately.
• Adhere to assigned routes and time schedules.
• Maintain safe driving practices and comply with transportation laws.
• Use delivery apps as required and present a professional appearance.
• Communicate effectively with diverse customers and represent the brand positively.
• Stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Engage with customers and provide feedback to support team.

Job Overview

The Delivery Driver is responsible for collecting orders at our retail locations throughout their shift and delivering them to our guests, safely. These individuals should be cross trained so they can participate as active members of the team (IE: covering breaks, serving customers, cleaning, helping out with shipments, audits, etc.).

Competencies and Requirements

• Personal Insured Vehicle
• Valid Driver’s License -Full 'G' (ON) or Class 5 (BC, AB, SK, MB)
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and Clear Criminal Background Check
• A Smart Phone with a data plan and a car charger
• Tech-Friendly (We got some cool apps we need you to learn)
• Fluent in English
• Available Monday-Sunday between 11am-9pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to customers in a safe, timely manner.
• Completing deliveries as instructed through training to ensure all customers are satisfied.
• Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and communicating complaints from clients to dispatch accurately.
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record.
• Maintaining compliance as it relates to the delivery process outlined in training.
• Proper use of applications related to the delivery process.
• Professional appearance and conduct.
• Able to effectively communicate with diverse customers and create meaningful connections.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Able to strike up a conversation with anyone and be a brand ambassador.
• Provide feedback & advice to others while maintaining a collaborative attitude.
