Qualifications

Performance Chrysler is looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join their dynamic team.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:

  • Ensure vehicles are up to the standards and specifications as agreed upon when purchased.
  • Perform the final vehicle check following the pre-made checklist.
  • Schedule, log, and confirm appointments with customers and Finance Managers.
  • Label vehicles with correct flags and enter information in the
    vehicle log for delivery status and inventory purposes.
  • Study products and services to continually enhance ability to assist customers.
  • Learn pertinent dealership processes.
  • Communicate with the managers any relative any potential customers issues or problems.
  • Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
  • Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
  • Other duties as required by management.

What you need to succeed:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • 1-3 years related dealership experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • OMVIC Certification is required.
  • Excellent phone skills will be required.
  • Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be reliable and able to work productively with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
  • May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
  • Ability to connect with people over the phone and in-person.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Office and Google Apps.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and work around a changing schedule.

***This compensation range will be based on knowledge, experience and bonus earnings***

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation:$46,000 - $60,000 per year
