BGIS is seeking a Service Delivery Coordinator to oversee the delivery of services related to building operations. The role requires excellent customer-oriented skills, strong administrative and organizational abilities, and the capacity to comply with various regulatory standards. Candidates will work closely with clients and internal service providers to ensure efficient service delivery and maintain high operational standards within the facilities managed by BGIS.

The Service Delivery Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the effective delivery of a variety of services related to the ongoing operation of the building(s). This job is also responsible for the timely resolution of all client requests pertaining to property services.
This role will work in collaboration with all key BGIS departments to ensure full support of all activities and play a key role in our INTEGRATED approach to operating buildings.
