Job Title: Food Service Supervisor (LMIA and PNP Support Available)

About the Role

Hirez Manpower Solutions Inc. is hiring a Food Service Supervisor on behalf of a fast-food restaurant client in Brampton, Ontario. This is a great opportunity for individuals with food service experience to take on a leadership role in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising operations, supporting staff, upholding customer service standards, and maintaining food safety and quality.

We welcome qualified candidates currently residing in Canada and offer immigration support to eligible applicants, including LMIA and PNP pathways.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management:

  • Supervise, train, and coach front-line team members
  • Schedule shifts and monitor daily staffing needs
  • Provide performance feedback and support staff development
  • Ensure friendly, efficient, and professional service
  • Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism

Food Quality & Safety:

  • Enforce food safety regulations and sanitation practices
  • Monitor food preparation and product quality standards

Operational Efficiency:

  • Manage inventory and control costs to meet profitability goals
  • Optimize workflows and support day-to-day operational performance

Training & Development:

  • Conduct training for new and existing employees
  • Foster a learning-focused team culture

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain daily logs, production, and quality control reports

Work Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts (Morning, Day, and Evening)
  • Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • For candidates in Canada: Minimum 6 months of experience in the Food & Beverage industry
  • For candidates outside Canada: Minimum 3 years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry; bilingual in French and English (Francophone candidates preferred)
  • English proficiency of CLB 6 or higher
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with food service software and technologies
  • Hourly wage: $18.50 – $20.00
  • Paid time off
