Job summary

Go Auto is seeking a Delivery Coordinator for our Land Rover Royal Oak location. You will ensure each vehicle is delivery-ready, explain features to customers, and coordinate deliveries with a focus on exceptional service.

You will manage deliveries across new, used, and CPO vehicles, support home deliveries, and collaborate with Parts and Service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating vehicle deliveries or dealership customer interactions.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to explain vehicle features and technology clearly to customers.

We’re looking for a Delivery Coordinator for our Land Rover Royal Oak location, who is organized, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and genuinely happy to help. You’ll be the final touchpoint in the customer journey, making sure every vehicle is ready, every feature is explained, and every customer leaves feeling confident and excited about their purchase.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate and complete new, used, and CPO vehicle deliveries.
• Ensure vehicles are clean, charged, and delivery-ready.
• Walk customers through vehicle features, technology, and controls.
• Complete delivery checklists and coordinate second deliveries when needed.
• Introduce customers to Parts, Service, and other dealership resources.
• Follow up with customers regarding questions, reviews, surveys, and CSI.
• Support home deliveries and assist Service customers with technology.
• Help with showroom merchandising, social media content, transport check-ins, and vehicle movement.
• Manage plate registrations and demo vehicle organization.
