Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover Calgary, part of Go Auto, is seeking a Service Concierge to warmly welcome customers, coordinate service activities, and ensure a seamless visit. You will be the first contact for customers, creating a positive experience and guiding them through the service process.

• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Step in wherever needed to help create a seamless experience for our customers.
