Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is seeking an Order Picker to support store operations in Montreal. You will gather products, prepare orders, and assist with customer-related transactions and curbside orders as part of the Service Desk team.

Ideal candidates have strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a High School diploma and familiarity with reach trucks and order picker equipment. The role includes a flexible schedule in a warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–2 years Retail or Distribution experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks and order picker machines.

Responsibilities

• Gathers product mix to fill all orders in a timely manner using the Order Fulfillment Application.
• Loads delivery vehicles and handles curbside orders safely.
• Ensures customer satisfaction by following the GET model (Greeting, Engaging, Thanking).
• Follows all Safety and Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
