Job summary

The Home Depot Canada is hiring Order Picker associates to support customers and fulfill store orders efficiently. You will gather product mixes, pack and label items, and ensure accurate fulfillment for delivery or pickup.

Role involves a warehouse environment with a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and uses the Order Fulfillment Application. Prior retail or distribution experience is an asset and knowledge of reach trucks or order picker machines is beneficial.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years Retail or Distribution experience is an asset.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks and order picker machines.

Responsibilities

• Gathers the product mix to fill all orders in a timely manner, using the Order Fulfillment Application.
• Loads delivery vehicles and assists with curbside orders while ensuring safety and accuracy.
• Follows safety and loss prevention policies and procedures.
• Keeps packing and labeling orders careful to prevent damage during transport.
