Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years Retail or Distribution experience an asset.
• Knowledge of operating reach trucks and order picker machines.

Responsibilities

• Ensures Customer Satisfaction by following GET model (Greeting, Engaging, Thanking).
• Gathers product mix to fill all orders in a timely manner using the Order Fulfillment Application.
• Loads delivery vehicles and assists with curbside orders, complying with safety regulations.
• Packs and labels orders carefully to prevent damage during transit and supports orderly holding areas.
