North Central Co-op is hiring a Full‑Time Deli Supervisor for our Orchards Food Store in Edmonton, AB. Open availability is required. You will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, productive deli operation in line with company policies.

You will support the Deli Manager, manage daily payables, POS operations, and housekeeping while overseeing inventory, ordering and receiving. Previous deli supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3 years minimum Retail Deli experience.
• Retail supervisory experience.
• Exceptional customer service, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Honest, trustworthy and results‑oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee general merchandise of the department and safe use of tools/equipment.
• Support the Deli Manager with daily tasks, payables and housekeeping.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department.
