North Central Co-op is hiring a Full‑Time Deli Supervisor for our Orchards Food Store in Edmonton, AB. Open availability is required. You will provide exceptional customer service and maintain a safe, productive deli operation in line with company policies.

You will support the Deli Manager, manage daily payables, POS operations, and housekeeping while overseeing inventory, ordering and receiving. Previous deli supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

• 3 years minimum Retail Deli experience.
• Retail supervisory experience.

What you’ll do:

Responsible to provide an exceptional level of customer service and maintain a safe and efficient operation while adhering to all company policies, procedures, and standards, including meeting established productivity standards.

• Responsible for the general merchandise of the department and the care and safe use of any tools or equipment required
• Supporting the Deli Manager with all tasks and duties, processing daily payables, operating the Point‑of‑Sale system (when required), completing general housekeeping duties, assisting team members when necessary, and any other duties as assigned.
• Oversee inventory control, ordering and receiving for the department
