Job summary

Lacombe Food Store is hiring a Deli Clerk to join our team in Lacombe, AB. This casual position offers less than 24 hours per week with weekday and weekend shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

You will handle sandwiches, salads, fried foods, and more while delivering friendly, efficient service. Responsibilities include high-volume food preparation, stocking, labeling, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Food preparation experience is an asset; training is available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.
• Applicants must be over 14 years old; a permit to employ a person aged 14 or under is required.
