Job summary

Central Alberta Co-op in Innisfail, Alberta is seeking a friendly Deli Clerk to join our team. You will prepare sandwiches, pizzas, salads and other items, while delivering exceptional customer service.

This part-time role requires teamwork, strong organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, and evenings; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Experience with food preparation is an asset; training is available.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.
• Applicants must be over 14 years old.

Part-time: 24-36hours per week. Benefiteligibleafter3months. If you are coming from out of province, please remember you need to have AB Health coverage to be covered by our plan provider.

Availability

Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Prepare sandwiches, pizzas, salads, fried foods, special trays, and other items
• Stock, package, slice, and label products for purchase
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
