Job summary

Timberlands Food Store in Red Deer is hiring Courtesy Clerks to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will greet customers, process transactions, bag purchases, stock displays, verify prices, and help keep the store clean and safe.

This casual role offers less than 24 hours per week with weekday and weekend availability across mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Applicants must be over 14 years old and may participate in Central Alberta Co-op's Total Rewards

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and quality.
• Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; some heavy lifting is required.

CAC is participating in the Alberta Youth Incentive Program which supports hiring youth from the ages 15 - 24.

Position: Courtesy Clerk

Casual: Less than 24 hours per week

Availability: Weekdays and weekends- mornings, afternoons, and evenings.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and respond to customer questions
• Ensure accurate processing of sale transactions
• Bag and assist with carrying out purchases
